The UICEE Centre for Problem Based Learning (UCPBL) was established in 2001 at Aalborg University (AAU), Denmark as a satellite centre of the UNESCO International Centre for Engineering Education (UICEE) based at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.
The overall objective of UCPBL is to promote and support PBL interests worldwide. This includes research and development activities, educational programs, consultancy activities, and the establishment of a UCPBL Global network for international cooperation and exchange of experiences.
